The essence of ESSA
Four hundred and thirty-five students later, Michigan State University is proving a point. MSU has established a way to take students from underrepresented populations and help them find academic and professional success in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields, where many high-paying engineering and technology jobs await.
Inclusion and diversity
Two three-year grants will help the College of Engineering continue its efforts in building a more inclusive environment. Supported by the MSU Inclusion and Intercultural Initiative, the two new programs are designed to increase the number of women and underrepresented populations in research and leadership positions. Grant support in 2018-19 begins at $65,000.
MSU Mobility Tech Day
Michigan State University is transforming its 5,200-acre campus into a live, connected ecosystem to drive mobility research and development to advance smart-vehicle technology and better understand the human element.
Ten years of CoRe
There's one program that's at the CoRe of being a Spartan Engineer at Michigan State University.
Engineering campaign success - $114 Million
Almost 250,000 alumni and friends brought Michigan State University to a significant milestone: surging past the fundraising goal of $1.5 billion more than a year before the Empower Extraordinary campaign closed. While MSU is still accepting campaign gifts until Dec. 31, 2018, the campaign total currently sits at an extraordinary $1.7 billion.
2018-2019 SEE Scholars
